I am Belgian, currently living in Canada. I have been working 8 years agency-side, running CRO programs end-to-end for clients across multiple markets and industries. I started as a Digital Analyst because it was important for me to build a strong foundation in reporting and customer behavior. I then grew into a CRO manager role, managing optimization strategies and delivering trainings. I enjoy exploring how AI and automation can make our work more efficient and allow us to focus on tasks where we have a real added value.
