Apply to Present at the Women in Experimentation Summit 2026.

Happening on the 9th and 10th of September.

Application Deadline: 27th May 2026

Conic Background

Is This You?

Apply if you're…

  • Working anywhere in CRO, experimentation, growth, UX, behavioral science, research, analytics, data, accessibility, design, copy, or AI applied to the above.

  • A first-time speaker with a strong idea, or a seasoned pro with something new to say. We coach both. We pay both.

  • A woman or non-binary practitioner (70% of our stage). Or a man with an allyship lens.

  • Willing to talk about something real - a tested hypothesis, a counterintuitive finding, a hard-won career lesson. Not recycled keynotes

What we're hungry for in 2026

  • Humans in agentic AI flows - where do we stay in the loop, and how?

  • Training AI and cost optimization - the practical, important work.

  • Real results with AI - what's actually moved the needle (and what hasn't, honestly).

  • Optimizing human-ness - how experimenters, researchers, and growth folks hone the skills AI can't replicate.

  • What stellar UX looks like in 2026 & beyond - design and experience ahead of the curve.

  • The Google SERP shift - what's happening, where it's going, and what experimenters do about it.

Topic not on the list?

Apply anyway.

Diversity of ideas is what we're really after. If you're passionate about something we haven't named, that might be exactly the talk the 2026 stage needs.

Call it summits 3.0.

Women in Experimentation

I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity I got today, being able to share my story at Women in Experimentation Summit 2025. 550+ people tuned in, wow!

The key take-aways from my talk:

  • 1 in 4 people need accessibility support and depend on how accessible digital domains are.

  • Good accessibility benefits everyone, not just people with disabilities.

  • Good accessibility is for compliance, great accessibility is for empathy.

  • We have the power and responsibility to make digital products accessible to everyone.

  • The most asked question I get is: "Where to start?". In the comments I added a link to my most recent Linkedin post about the 'Accessibility Cheat Sheet'. It gives you a practical way to map your digital experiences against the WAG 2.1 criteria.

Thanks so much for your trust Lucia van den Brink + Daphne Tideman Marcella Sullivan and Michael Aagaard for the amazing speaker coaching!
