4. Up to 25-minute speaker slots. For seasoned pros & newbies -- tailored to their strengths.

5. Speaker coaching & empowerment.

6. The final line-up (and topics) are chosen after rigorous scoring by 3 judges.

• Each judge scores each applicant independently.

• These scores are then reviewed by the judges, representatives of Women in Experimentation, and Convert to ensure diversity.

7. Compensation for speakers. And the right to your own session’s recording.
